We started our Hawaiian restaurant when my daughter and I cooked Poi as a hobby, and since we turned out to be really good at it, eventually decided to offer our amazing dish to others. That was the moment when Poi By The Pound made its way into our beautiful Maui. It has been a long and hard road, but through perseverance, love for Hawaiian food and making people smile, our journey has brought tremendous joy. From our very first lunch plate, we have met many wonderful people who have turned into great supporters, and caring friends. Our business grew in such way, that we opened a restaurant where locals and visitors can enjoy our great variety of Hawaiian dishes.
